Refund Policy
At beeinspired.co.uk we want you to be satisfied
every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want
to return items.
Refunds can be made within 10 days of delivery if you are not completely
satisfied with the product.
If you need to return any items we send then we ask that you email
us first with details, we will issue a returns number which you
will need
to include with the returned item(s). Without this we will not
be able to make a refund. Items should be returned unopened in their
original
packaging. We also ask that any items you return are sent in appropriate
packaging to prevent any damage during transit. You must obtain
proof
of postage when returning an item this service is free of charge
just ask at your local Post Office. Unless an item is faulty you
will incur
the cost of return postage. Delivery Policy
Our aim is to dispatch your order within 5 working days of your payment
clearing.
UK
Orders over £15 automatically receive free postage and packaging.
Orders under £15 have a fixed postage and packaging rate of £1.50.
All items are sent via Royal Mail and proof of postage is obtained.
If you require recorded delivery we can arrange this but you will have
to pay the cost of this service.
Overseas
We are happy to send orders overseas, please email us before placing
an order to make arrangements for this.
Privacy Policy
We respect customer privacy. We will not allow third parties to access
your personal information. We will only use information that we collect
from you to process and despatch your order. If you are unsure about
any information we are holding in your name, or wish to update your profile,
